Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Raleigh Wake Forest

We’ve had many lovely stays here as a family, and the experience has been consistently great. The crew is kind, polite, knowledgeable, and always helpful. The rooms feel fresh and new, with especially nice bedding, carpet, furniture, and bathrooms that give the place a high-end feel. Parking, location, services, amenities, cleanliness, and room quality have all been excellent for us. Thank you!

Fairfield exceeded what I expected, especially since it was my first stay at one. After six days at four different Marriott's, and getting caught in a big East Coast storm, it was a relief to arrive and be greeted by Catlyn. She was friendly, accommodating, and made sure everything was okay. The other Marriott's I’d stayed at had unfriendly staff, which was disappointing. Thanks for the warm welcome.

I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels around Wake County, mostly near Cary or the airport, and this Fairfield has been the best of them. The rooms are clean, the bathroom isn’t cramped, and the plush beds suit me well. What stood out most was the staff’s hospitality. Great service doesn’t seem common at hotels these days, but check-in here was wonderful. Later, my husband left his expensive Bose work headphones behind. The staff promptly called to tell us, so we could return and collect them. Kind, honest, clean, and comfortable. Tip your staff.

Breakfast was included and delicious, and the room was clean and comfortable. Downtown Raleigh is about 20 minutes away, which worked for me. A very nice hotel, I’d stay again.
