Hampton Inn Raleigh / Town Of Wake Forest

A storm changed my plans, so I needed to move my reservation dates. I’d booked through a third party, and they weren’t much help, so I called Hampton directly. Meshia helped me keep the same room despite the reservation changes. She was efficient, kind, and so helpful. Thanks again, Meshia. You’re a sweet soul!

The staff were friendly and greeted people coming into the lobby, which was nice. Breakfast was standard, but it was hot and ready when you wanted it, and there were grab-and-go bags too. My one-night stay was good overall, and the room was quiet, which I really appreciated. There were a couple of stains on the carpet. The AC worked well, though I wanted it cooler than the thermostat would allow. That thermostat chirped whenever it changed modes all night, but I still slept. The fire alarm light blinked through the night too, so keep that in mind if it bothers you.

The room was comfortable, clean, and stocked with coffee and soaps. Breakfast had plenty of hot and cold choices, and the complimentary water and cookie were a nice touch. Check-in and checkout were easy, with very friendly front desk staff. Excellent stay, and we’ll definitely return. Highly recommend.

We’d left our IPAD in the room, but were thankfully still in the lobby when the staff returned it to us. What integrity. Thanks to everyone at Hampton Inn for making sure our IPAD got back to us!
