Robert was friendly and very helpful at check-in. The renovation noise in my room, though, made it impossible to hear the TV even at volume 30, or take a nap. We had to yell or text to communicate with someone three feet away. I paid $128 a night, and noise in the common areas is one thing, but inside my room it's unacceptable. I recorded it at 1:15pm, 245 pm, and 330 pm. When I complained about the noise coming from directly above, Edna at the front desk was very unpleasant and said, "We just have to deal with it." She works there and has to deal with it; I'm a guest who paid a lot to stay. This hotel has definitely made me reconsider my loyalty to HILTON properties. This is NOT acceptable Hilton Hotels.

The walls, both inside and outside, are paper thin, and check-in has involved numerous errors and inconsistencies. Since the Hilton Hotel Brand started franchising its properties, it's become, simply put, "Blah." It gave up quality for the dollar. When the founders of a good brand die off, the brand goes straight down the toilet. Look how quickly CHICK fil a has flopped. They're now neck and neck with all the bottom feeders among fast food chains.

Breakfast generates too much waste, with disposable plates, cups, forks, and knives individually wrapped in plastic. That shows very little interest in environmental responsibility. This big conflict with my values is why I won't use the hotel again.

Ms. Ann was so kind to us. We were checking out and my boyfriend and I still needed breakfast, so she kept it open a little longer. She even switched a few drink machines back on after they’d been shut down so we could get cold apple juice. Love Ms.Ann Down!!
