The staff seemed kind, but that couldn't make up for how poorly kept the rooms and building were. My future mother-in-law and I stopped for a night while traveling toward Fort Benning, and we won't stay here on the return trip in the coming weeks. We read mixed reviews before booking, but the rooms were absolutely disgusting. In the first room, the air unit didn't work. The front desk woman kindly came to look and asked us to let her know if it didn't improve. When it didn't, she moved us to another room. The second room was very dirty, with bedsheets covered in blood, hair, and other bodily fluids. The stains were obvious, yet the bed had been made for us, showing a clear lack of care from housekeeping. We were moved a third time to a room said to be clean. Its air unit worked, though the vent had broken off; the main light didn't work, and the surfaces looked like they hadn't been wiped in a long time. After being shuffled around, I lay down and spotted dried shredded lettuce, maybe from a sandwich or burger, stuck to the nightstand. There was also yelling and fighting outside, with screaming children and adults in nearby rooms all night and into the early morning. After a long day of travel we just wanted a shower and a place to sleep, so we had to pick our battles.

Kisha at the front desk was so sweet, and she handled my request quickly. The staff were all pleasant, the rooms clean and nice-smelling, and breakfast was good. The price felt very reasonable for the quality of service. I'll definitely stay here whenever I'm in Atlanta.

We got an upgraded room that worked great for a stop on our way down I75. There were plenty of electrical and USB outlets, and breakfast was much better than at the motel down the road. Tracy did a great job in the breakfast room. I've saved this location in our maps for future stops.

Kisha from the front office was amazing. She answered all my questions and gave excellent service. I was especially glad the washer and dryer worked. We'd spent almost two weeks at the Comfort Suites at Atlanta Airport, where lots of things either didn't work or weren't available. Getting what I paid for, and what was advertised, at this location has changed how I feel about booking with this hotel chain again. Kisha deserves a pay increase. My son and I really enjoyed the stay, the place was clean, and customer service was 100/100.
