The spa tub was the reason I paid extra for a suite that cost over two hundred dollars. It looked gorgeous in the pictures, but the water pressure was hardly there. Don't be fooled by the online photos, the place didn't look that nice in person. The room also felt dirty and wasn't cleaned well. The bed was flat and hard, and the two pillows were tiny. There were no extras, no extra towels or blankets. For what we paid, it was poor value. I've stayed at a lot of hotels, and this was probably the least appealing. I wouldn't come back unless it was the only place left, like it was last night.

I paid my security deposit in cash, and after checking out they refused to return it. It was my first time paying cash, since I usually use a card, but I was told a card refund takes 30 days. With cash, they take it and then tell you to call corporate. I feel like I got robbed, and I will never stay here again.

My family and I were itching the whole time, and the room had bed bugs. There were what looked like metal pieces all over the tub. The AC was broken as soon as we walked in, and there was only one window. They wouldn't give us a refund. If you don't want problems while you're here, this hotel isn't for you.

The room smelled stale, and the curtains and bedding were badly tattered. The carpet was worn too. This is a three-story hotel with no elevator, and when we asked for a refund, they refused.

The toilets, bedding, and tub were filthy, and the hotel felt dirty and nasty overall. I asked for a refund, but it’s taking a long time. Manager Karen was rude, angry, and unprofessional. I felt this place was horrible and unsafe. Do not stay here.
