Quality Suites Waldorf

I had a really relaxing stay. My room was clean and smelled fresh, and the staff were polite and professional. The hotel was also in a good location and easy to find.

For a fair price, this was a nice, pretty clean place to stay. The beds were nice, and there was a big flat-screen TV in the bedroom. The Waldorf location had a really good breakfast, and the front desk and lobby staff were mostly polite and very helpful. Matthew brann and Samantha faucette

My boyfriend and I were stuck outside in the cold snow, and the employees let us warm up in the lobby without asking questions. They were very nice and accommodating. It was just as great a hotel as it was back when it was The Comfort. I highly recommend it.

The first night was miserable. People were loud in the hallway, slamming doors and running around while I was trying to sleep. There wasn't even a do not disturb sign. The walls also had odd stains and spots, and the furniture, including the headboard, was covered in fingerprints and old marks. The floors looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a long time, though the sheets and towels seemed to have been changed. The bed was hard and the pillows uncomfortable. At first glance the room seemed okay, but one bulb was missing from the floor lamp, the curtains were worn with threads hanging everywhere, and the air conditioner was blowing cold air when it was 32°F outside. The shower was moldy and run down, with barely any pressure, which was a nightmare with my long thick hair. The fridge seemed close to giving out. There was a microwave, at least, but no phone to call the front desk. Check-in was unfriendly, with no welcome. They changed me from a king to a queen without giving a clear reason. I was too tired to argue. Finding the small elevator was confusing because there were no clear signs. Breakfast runs from 6-9am even on weekends, which is too early for me after that night. I've stayed in much better places for less than $55 a night. I'm not picky, but this wasn't worth it. I shared a few photos to show what I mean. They say there's no smoking, but there still is, if you know what I mean.
