Capri Motel By Belvilla Walla Walla US 12

I've stayed here twice. My first visit was impeccable, with everything going smoothly. The second was mostly fine too: the people are nice, rooms are clean, parking is easy, the convenience store is handy, and the price is always good. But the cleaning smell in the room was so strong it made my throat burn. I'm pregnant, and even my fiancé thought it was a lot. We opened the window and left for a few hours to let it air out, then closed it and went to bed. There were also mosquitoes, bugs, or something like that. I stepped on a very sticky bug barefoot early in the morning, and woke up with bites all over one arm that had been outside the blanket. Aside from those two pretty unpleasant things, it's a nice enough motel for what it is.

I called to confirm my reservation and the front desk woman hung up on me seven times. That was disrespectful and very unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend this motel to anyone.

We spent a little over a week here for work, and the owners were great about checking whether we needed anything. They were also fine with us relaxing on the patio. The place has an older feel, but it's laid back and we had a great stay. Give it a chance and you may come to love it too.

Shame on the managers. An eight-month-pregnant woman was trying for hours to get into her room, and they offered no help. The sheriff was called and said they couldn't do anything. Multiple people tried calling multiple numbers, but no one answered. Do not stay here.
