Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Walla Walla

The room was spacious and clean, and the bathroom had a good amount of storage. Breakfast was basic and free, with sausage, eggs, waffles, and lots more. No complaints, I’d recommend it.

I’ve been at the Hampton Inn for nearly three weeks, and Odalys at the front desk has made the stay far more comfortable than I expected. She’s consistently kind, attentive, and professional. Whether I needed information, help with something, or just a small thing, she responded quickly and with a positive attitude. Extended travel can wear you down, but Odalys is always cheerful and welcoming, and she makes you feel valued. That steady level of care every day is rare. She’s a big reason I’d absolutely choose to stay here again. She’s a real asset to the team, and I hope her dedication gets recognized.

This was our second stay here. The four of us came from the Portland area for wine tasting in Walla Walla, and we had an even better experience this time. The staff were so friendly and treated us like family. Vickie puts together a great continental breakfast and makes sure it stays replenished. The food was always hot when it was meant to be, and she was personable and went the extra mile. Our rooms were clean, roomy, and comfortable. A great stay!

I checked in late and didn’t have the patience to ask for another room, so I put up with what I found. There was hair all over the shower. After cleaning it and showering, I opened the bed and found more hair, plus dried snot on the sheet and blanket. I went to the closet for the spare bedding, threw the dirty set on the floor, put the spare in its place, and went to sleep. Absolutely disgusting. Ask for a truly clean room when you check in, and you can refer to my room, 101. I’ll talk to a staff member about it in the morning.
