Dinner and drinks were delicious as we explored the Jameson and tried to solve the mystery. This was our first haunted murder mystery, and we had a great time chatting with the characters and piecing the story together. We even felt a spirit presence. The historic hotel is such a lively, unusual place to visit.

The onion rings alone would bring me back. They looked a little imperfect, but our server said they were handmade, and they were so good: lightly battered, crisp, well seasoned, and not stringy at all. The fries were nicely seasoned with just a little garlic salt, too. My wife and I stopped at the Jameson for lunch and were surprised by how much we enjoyed it. She got a bacon cheeseburger with an over medium egg, and I had the double cheeseburger deluxe. The food came about 20 minutes after we ordered. The hand-pressed patties were juicy enough to drip onto my hand when I took a bite, and they cooked her egg just right. My only small suggestion is to press the patties a bit flatter, since the double burger was almost too big for my considerable mouth. It was a tasty meal at a very reasonable price, and we had a fun time. They even brought peanut butter cookies with the check. I'll definitely be back.

Waking up and heading downstairs for the homemade breakfast was my favorite part. I love the Historic Jameson. I've stayed there for Halloween and for my birthday, and both visits were a blast. The place was super clean, the food was great, and everyone was friendly. The whole town has plenty of fun things to do, too.

The employees are so sweet and welcoming, and it's a great historic place to visit. It may be a business that's just getting started, but it's definitely worth stopping in for a nice meal and drinks with good people.

Tad and Nancy, the owners, are very friendly and know a lot about the area. They're also steady promoters of Wallace. Service was welcoming, and the omelettes were delicious.
