The staff were pleasant, and we were generally happy with our one-night stay. The room and bathroom looked clean, with no visible bugs, mold, or water damage. We didn't use the shower, fridge, or microwave, though all looked clean or operational. The sheets and pillowcases looked spotless, but the top blanket had a few stains. The floors felt sticky and were warped, and the broken weather strip left a big gap under the door, so we suggested putting a towel there in case bugs could get in. The stairs upstairs had an odd convex shape, so watch your step.

The floor had some really gross-looking marks and stains, and the lights were broken. If you have another option, I'd skip this place.

We'd just gotten all our things into a nice room when a woman from the lobby came in and told us we had to switch. The room she moved us to was infested with mold. I'm contacting corporate and my lawyer, and I won't book here again.

I had to buy cleaning supplies and Lysol at Family Dollar for the room and bathroom, and even burn a candle to cover the stale smell. The TV didn't work, there were bugs, and the tiny wall units in the back barely cooled the room, so I bought a fan. The refrigerator was broken, and I had to buy a cooler for the food. The doors had rotten wood and were falling apart. This was the worst place I've stayed, and I nearly slept in my truck. Stay away.
