The woman who checked my family in around 9-10 pm on October 10, 2025, was helpful. Things went downhill after her relief arrived. We had to climb two flights of stairs because there isn't an elevator. In our room, the two supposed queen beds looked more like full beds, and the sofa bed mattress was filthy enough that it should be thrown out. I couldn't find sheets for it, so I called the desk. The relief clerk said she couldn't leave the desk, had no sheets, and hung up. When I folded the sofa bed away, I spotted the first roach. Then I saw two babies as well, so I told my family to get their bags off the floor. My sister called the desk, but the clerk didn't seem concerned, offered no other room, and said she could send maintenance to spray. Ten more roaches came out while this was going on. My mother killed seven of them. I contacted the booking agent, who was upset by how we were treated. We found another hotel and stayed there for the weekend. This was an atrocious stay, and I'll never stay at a Quality Inn again.
