Hilton Garden Inn Warner Robins

I had a great 2 week stay and will definitely come back. The staff are incredible and always treat you right. Laurene at the bar, David in the kitchen, and Josh and Marcel at the desk were all so wonderful. Bre will always get you what you need. Thank you!

The hotel was lovely, but the staff at Hilton Garden Inn in Warner Robbin’s Ga made the weekend really stand out. The GM made a point of introducing herself and was very welcoming. Shadavait served and hosted us at breakfast and luncheon, and went out of her way to handle our requests. Btw at the front desk was incredible too. This team should be recognized for going above and beyond.

I’ve always chosen Hilton for the rooms and excellent customer service, but this weekend I got a dirty room with dirty sheets and covers. There was dried blood on the covers. When I asked for clean ones, I was accused of wasting makeup on them, even though I’d just checked in. The light skinned housekeeping guy was rude, aggressive, and accusatory. When I opened the door to take the replacements, he stormed into my room instead of handing them to me. The bathroom floor had red stains, the tissue box was empty, and the shower was dirty. The only good part was the guy with locs who checked us in. I’m sad to have to write this, but the hotel needs to reevaluate its housekeeping staff. See pictures.

We blocked rooms at this hotel for family and friends coming to my son’s wedding. While I was arranging everything with Peggy Kay, the sales manager, she mentioned the banquet room could work for the rehearsal dinner. It turned out to be an amazing idea. We could have dinner, visit as long as we wanted, then walk upstairs to our rooms. I can’t say how glad I am we did it. Peggy is a dream to work with. Whatever I asked for, she seemed to make happen, and she goes 2 extra miles, not just one. The banquet room was set up beautifully, and the food was very good. One family member needed a few special things to make her stay more comfortable, and Peggy made sure she was taken care of. Everyone welcomed and looked after our family, from the desk attendants and cleaning staff to the GM, Grace, and of course Peggy Kay. Their kindness helped make a very special weekend comfortable and relaxing. If you have an event in Warner Robins, you need to have it here. Thanks to everyone who took care of us.
