The hours sign on the door says Sunday through Tuesday, 8 am to 3 pm, and Wednesday through Saturday, 8 am to 5 pm. I was running low on gas, and this was the only station I could really get to on my route. Both card readers were marked temporarily out of order, with a note asking customers to pay inside.

The store was clean and tidy, and the staff were nice enough. I needed 91-octane gas, though, and they don't carry it.

Clean bathrooms, too. The Warner Springs Ranch store is around 60 miles into the SoCal mountain biking route called the Stagecoach 400, so it's a handy spot for touring riders to get off the bike and grab a perfectly frozen ice cream sandwich, a Coke, or coconut water. It's a small rural shop, but it has the little snacks a hungry rider or hiker needs to keep going.

Service was okay, but gas was $6 a gallon and the gas can was way overpriced. There aren't many other places to fill up, so I was stuck paying that. When I tried to use Google Wallet, the card kept showing a different number, which limited me to making only very small payments. I'd been stranded without gas the night before, and the high price here left me stranded again.
