The creek nearby was a lovely place to spend time, and there are nice trails close by too. We also loved the wilderness feel and the stars at night. The cabin was spotless when we arrived, had up-to-date amenities, and none of the bad smells of mice or urine we’d been warned about at another nearby place, which we won’t name. It had everything we wanted and more, and we were close to the mt baker ski area and the artist point hike. We’ll definitely come back.

The house is in a nice area, but some basics were missing. It was a very hot weekend, and there was no A/C or bedroom fan. There were no groceries and too few utensils for 10 people. The internet, which was listed as an amenity, was extremely slow and unreliable. We also couldn’t park beside the house and had to leave the car on the road. The house itself is nice, but the owner should have arranged for the missing basics.

The hot tub was a great way to unwind after a hike. There’s plenty of room, with spacious bedrooms and a large living area. A wonderful home away from home, and a great experience!

There’s WiFi in this spacious, beautiful home, but no cell service, so keep that in mind. The finishes are lovely and it has all the amenities.
