The mattress and sheets were clean, with no signs of previous bed bugs, and I slept well after ordering pizza from the recommended place that delivers. Still, I won’t stay here on my next trip through the area. I was tired after a long motorcycle ride. I’d paid and checked in online the day before to make getting the room easier. After taking off my gear and stepping into the shower, I noticed the bottom of the curtain was covered in black mold. I kept away from that side, rinsed off, and got out. Later, I asked the front desk about pizza or Chinese delivery and mentioned how disgusting the curtain was and that it should be changed. She apologized and asked if I wanted another room. I said I’d already showered, was exhausted, and it was too late. I also told her it made me sad because I write about every detail of my travels in a blog that many people follow. She said the manager would talk to me, but that never happened. Later I went to the window to check on my bike and stepped into cold water leaking from the heater. It took every towel in the room to keep the growing puddle under control.

The two women at the lobby and check-in were really welcoming and pleasant. I can only speak for my room, but it was huge, recently remodeled, and super comfortable.

The rooms are dated, but they were clean. Whenever we needed something, the employees responded right away and were excellent. Thank you!

There wasn't any breakfast, and the room was missing a lot of basics: no phone, clock, cups, or ice bucket. The curtain couldn't fully close because part of it was missing, and there was nowhere to put the toilet paper roll. The shower curtain was stained, the nightstand drawer was broken, and there was no toilet paper holder.

The desk staff were very nasty, and the whole stay was horrible. I was told breakfast was included, but there was nothing available. When I asked for a coffee maker in the room, they refused, and there were too few towels, just one trash can, no coffee, no table shared between the two beds, and no phone charging setup. My room had already been paid for, but they charged my card more than $300 anyway. It took several calls before I could speak with a manager, who said they'd mistakenly charged my card for the room before mine. I waited over a week to get the money back, and they offered nothing. When I asked about breakfast, they said it was false advertising and that they don't serve it.
