Heather made a stressful situation much easier when my daughter had a major accident in the bed. She found us another room, helped us dispose of the bedding items, and said she would make sure we weren't charged extra. She was so considerate. The staff were very friendly in general, the rooms were clean, the pool was awesome, and breakfast was great. I don't usually write reviews, but this stay deserved one. I'd definitely recommend this Fairfield in Niles, Oh. Thank you Fairfield amd thank you Heather for your hospitality!

It's easy to find a meal, shop, or run errands here, since the hotel sits by a big shopping complex with large retailers, chain restaurants, and a nice movie theater. I've stayed at the Warren Niles Fairfield several times and always have a great experience. The rooms are comfortable, and the hotel is consistently clean and quiet. The staff are hands down the nicest, most professional, and most dedicated I've encountered at any Marriott property. As an Executive Platinum member, I've stayed in a lot of hotels.

For anyone who can't get into the holiday inn, this place has even cheaper prices and some of the best service and staff I've had. The breakfast is always fresh and really good, and the rooms feel welcoming and are spotless. One of the BEST hotels in Downtown Niles/Howland. Everything feels Luxurious. I'd highly recommend it to anyone.

This was our second stay, and the rooms were clean with comfortable beds. The breakfast was good too. Heather, Jen, Ty, and the whole team went above and beyond. Thank you!

The spacious room was peaceful and everything was super clean. The person at the front desk was really friendly, and even the lobby smelled fresh. Very nice for the price.
