I’ve needed a place for a long stretch, 46 days, and this one has been fantastic. The rooms are spotless and surprisingly well equipped: laundry, a stove, microwave, full-size fridge, TV, iron, pool, desk, huge shower, even Amazon deliveries. Mostly, though, the staff have been incredibly kind. In under four hours I’d already met two front desk guys with great attitudes. As a sailor, I’ve stayed in Bahrain, and this place beats that hotel. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

A good affordable option if you’re traveling for service or DoD work. It’s near NAS Pensacola and Corry station, with shopping and restaurants close by too. The rooms are great, with a glass-top kitchenette, full-size fridge, and dishes supplied. Staff are friendly and outgoing, and they’re happy to help with any problems. Service is amazing too. Highly recommend.

The front desk was kind and accommodating, and at least the hotel was quiet. Those are the reasons I didn’t rate it lower than 2. The bed was awful. It sits up on stilts and rocks easily, and the pillows are only about 4 inches thick. There was also someone’s brushed-out hair left in the top kitchen drawer, gross. We asked twice for an hour late checkout, but room service still knocked, then opened the door while my wife and I were relaxing inside. It happened twice. I should’ve locked the door bar, but the second time really angered me and both visits were disturbing.

The room looked like it hadn’t had a proper clean: there was a dead roach by the AC, scuff marks and what looked like a footprint beside the bed, plus several stained towels. One had a mark that seemed like blood or makeup, another had dark stains. Even the plates smelled strongly of mildew, and the pizza tasted that way too. The full kitchen was empty when we arrived, and after a long day of driving we had to request dishes at the desk. They wouldn’t give us a bowl for our dogs’ water, which felt unreasonable for a pet-friendly hotel. We chose this Extended Stay America Premier because we’re crossing the country with our three dogs for a move. I’ve stayed at other Extended Stay locations and usually had a much better experience. Check-in was the one bright spot, the gentleman at the desk was friendly and helpful. The outdoor pet areas were confusing: cleanup bags were available, but signs said pets weren’t allowed on most of the grassy areas, so there weren’t many places to walk the dogs. For the price and the “Premier” label, the cleanliness and amenities were far below what I expected. The hotel needs serious improvement in cleaning and staff training. I wouldn’t return or recommend it to people with pets or anyone expecting basic hospitality.

Amanda made the biggest difference during our stay. She welcomed us warmly, was professional and genuinely helpful, and went out of her way to take care of what we needed. The hotel itself seems fairly new, clean, and modern. The kitchen appliances and AC all worked properly, which made the longer visit easy and comfortable. It also felt like the team takes pride in keeping the place up. I’d happily recommend this Extended Stay America for a comfortable stay and great service. Thanks again to Amanda for her kindness.
