Homewood Suites by Hilton Doylestown

We paid over $400 for one night, and I was glad we didn’t have to stay longer. The room had no soundproofing, so hallway noise carried right in. At 2:30 a.m., someone showering in another room made such a loud water-pattering sound that it woke us. The sheets and towels were overwhelmingly perfumed, which was a problem for me since I’m sensitive to fragrance. They should smell clean, not like perfume. There was also a nightlight in the bedroom that couldn’t be switched off, so we had to cover it with things. And I had to clean long black hairs off the shower wall before using it.

Aja Walker, the general manager, really helped us out. I’d injured my leg shortly before our three-night stay at the Doylestown Homewood Suites, and our booked room didn’t have a walk-in shower. I called on arrival day, and Aja arranged a room swap with another guest so I could use an easier shower. I appreciated that a lot. The hotel seems well managed. Everything went smoothly even with five wedding groups there that weekend. We had a nice suite with what we needed and a great breakfast. I’d stay again without hesitation.

Dear Homewood Suites manager, our key cards stopped working at 4:40 a.m., and Rob wash stepped in and used his own. We gave him the money. That small kindness made the Homewood Suites feel like home. The staff were good overall, but he really went above and beyond. Thank you, Rob wash, aka the goat. Please give this man a raise for being amazing. - MC💗

Alberto and Daniel were amazing while I was in the area. Everyone else was great too, but those two really showed the effort and attitude the hotel leaders have built among the team. I’d definitely recommend staying here.
