What stood out was how quickly management followed up and resolved our issue fairly. Our room smelled of cigarette smoke, which was disappointing because the property is advertised as smoke-free and we were traveling with children. The on-site staff were kind and professional, doing their best in a difficult situation. We also liked the room updates, and the three- and four-bed options are rare and really helpful for larger families. Izzy’s Lounge had a fun atmosphere and good food, and Martin the bartender was fabulous. We had a rocky start, but the customer service and fair resolution made a real difference. I'd definitely stay again.

We felt a little ripped off since breakfast was included in what we paid, even if it was supposed to be continental. They advertised continental breakfast, but no staff showed up to provide it. In my opinion, that's unacceptable. They did have coffee, though we had coffee in our room anyway.

The bad reviews I saw nearly stopped me from booking, but they were far from the truth. The staff were very friendly, the rooms clean and spacious, and the beds comfortable. I'd definitely stay again.

Izzy's lounge had excellent food and a great atmosphere. The staff were very nice, and the rooms were good.

The ladies at the front desk were really nice, and check-in only took a few minutes. The room was cozy, with a big-screen TV, and the price was decent. I didn't eat breakfast since I don't eat breakfast, and I didn't try the little attached tavern, though it smelled good. The only downside was no microwave or coffee pot in the room, but you could walk to the lobby for either one. They accept AAA/AARP and don't require a deposit. All in all, I'd stay again. Thanks again!
