I accidentally left something really important in our room. After we’d checked out, a staff member found it and kept it safe for me. I’m so grateful, and I really admire how professionally they handled it. Everyone was warm, genuine, and easy to talk to from the moment we checked in. Our room was spotless, new, roomy, and comfortable. There’s a lovely pool and lots of outdoor spots to sit and unwind, and everything we needed was close by. The stay made our trip worth it, and we’d choose this place again if we come back.

We spent three nights here and had a perfect stay. The room was clean and spacious, the grounds were lovely, and the location was great. This would be our first pick next time we visit Cape Cod.

The grounds were pretty, the room was lovely and very clean, and the location worked perfectly for us. At check-in, we got useful suggestions for places to see and eat. We’d happily recommend it and stay again when we’re in Chatham.

I tried to cancel two weeks ahead, but they still charged me the full amount. Even after I emailed to explain that there had been a death, their response made it sound like they cared about nothing but money. Really awful business and unacceptable customer service.

It was our first Cape Cod visit, and the warm welcome plus the tips about Chatham village got us off to a lovely start. Our newly renovated room was beautiful, immaculate, and comfortable. A good friend pointed us toward Chatham Seafarer Inn, and I’m so glad she did. What a gem. I’d absolutely recommend it for a wonderful stay.
