Ashley at the front desk was amazing, and the customer service was great. The hotel is dated, but very clean and well cared for, in a safe neighborhood. The rate was so low, under $50 a night in the off season, that I called to make sure the pictures were real. They were. Breakfast was standard hotel fare, with eggs, meat, and a waffle machine, plus really good biscuits and gravy on the weekend. I’ve never been to a better hotel for the price. Good hotel, great people, great deal. Don’t let the low price scare you. The quality for what I paid was the best I’ve ever had. Nothing bad to say.

We travel a lot, and just happened to end up here today. For $82, it honestly feels like paradise. Everything is very clean, and the motel has all the basics you’d expect. Breakfast was tasty and well thought out, with eggs and healthy options. The staff were pleasant, calm, and unhurried. There was another woman working in the kitchen too, and together they provided really good service. My room was 202. I’m very satisfied ❤️

Breakfast was fantastic, with a wide selection. On weekends they had sausage gravy and biscuits as well as the weekday options. The front desk staff were friendly, accommodating, and happy to chat, and housekeeping were always smiling. We travel a lot, and this was a great stay from arrival to departure. We spent 10 days and extended two more. The hotel is less than 20 minutes from anywhere we wanted to go for Dayton’s attractions. We’ll be back!

The free breakfast was a highlight: eggs, biscuits and gravy, waffles, and plenty more, kept stocked and tidy. Parking was easy, and the location was handy for restaurants and shops. The property feels older in places, but it’s clearly well maintained, and the lobby, halls, and rooms were clean. Our room was quiet and comfortable with what we needed for a restful night. Check-in was smooth, and the friendly, professional staff were accommodating, including for late arrivals. We had a great stay and were impressed by the comfort and value. For the price, it exceeded expectations, and we’d stay again and recommend it.

The location was really convenient, and we’ll definitely come back. Our room was spacious and very clean, a nice place to unwind after a busy day. We also enjoyed the hot breakfast, especially the freshly ground coffee. That was a rare and very pleasant surprise. Highly recommend this hotel!
