If you open a couple of windows and turn up the heat, the cabin gets cozy and quiet, with Stowe Mountain nearby. The cabins are definitely old and have some odors, but they’re clean, warm, and have good water pressure. You get what you pay for, so expect a rustic 2 star Vermont resort rather than a 5 star Westin Ski resort. I’d stay again for an affordable ski getaway.

Our kids had a blast sledding in the snow and exploring the property on foot. We spent Christmas here and had a wonderful stay, enjoying both the cabin and the surrounding area. Thanks for such a great visit!

The full kitchen is a big plus, the beds are comfortable, and the heat works great. It’s dog friendly, quiet, and secluded, while still close to Stowe. This was my second stay, and both visits were great. The cabins are older, which adds to their rustic, cozy feel. The price works well for an affordable ski trip. The new owners were very nice, and I’m looking forward to seeing what they do with the place. I’ll be back!

The family who bought the property a few weeks ago were very nice and accommodating, and they’re already making great changes. It’s a great weekend getaway for skiing, close to Stowe mountain with plenty of local attractions nearby. Can’t wait to return.

There’s plenty of room in the woods to walk and play with my dogs, and the owners are always happy to see my pups. The cabins feel private compared with other places nearby. They’re cozy and economical without being cramped, and I think they’re worth the price. I’ve stayed three times, and every visit has been a great experience. Very dog friendly.
