Baymont by Wyndham Waterford/Burlington WI

I was told I could check out later this morning, but housekeeping emptied my room anyway. I walked in unexpectedly to find it completely cleaned out. It felt like this may have been done on purpose to take the few belongings I still had there. I won't stay again.

We went into the hotel because my brother had a severe bloody nose and needed a bathroom after every gas station in Waterford was closed. They were open, at least. He went to clean up, and I waited with him. I walked around the first floor, stepped into the open elevator to close its doors, then told him I'd wait in the car. On my way out, a worker who'd been sitting and talking to someone at the kiosk confronted me about walking around. I explained why we were there and that my brother was cleaning up, but the worker yelled at me for closing the elevator and for being there at all. He was very rude and threatened to kick us out for no reason. Based on that service, I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

We were visiting from out of town and recently stayed here. Our room was dirty, with hair on the shower wall. The front desk offered another room, but we saw 13 bugs on its ceiling, so we had to stick with the first one. I asked for a full cleaning and fresh bedding the next morning, and put a pen dot on each sheet to check. The bathroom got cleaned and the pillowcases were changed, but the sheets stayed on the bed. The front desk staff had poor people skills, and the customer service was poor too. Stay away.

We were in town for a concert at Alpine Valley, and the rate had been pushed up to $320 a night. For that price, what we got was disappointing. The room looked dated, the bed was uncomfortable and springy, and the hot tub wasn't working. Breakfast was okay, nothing special.
