Homewood Suites by Hilton Denver West Lakewood

The rooms were very clean, though space was tight. Beds were a mixed bag, and the mini kitchen had a fridge pushed against the wall so it wouldn’t close without forcing it. Kids were running up and down the hall early in the morning. Our flight was delayed by more than eight hours. I’d reserved two rooms, checked in online, and messaged the front desk to say we’d arrive late. Still, one room was canceled even though the hotel wasn’t busy or full. Since we got there at 5 am and they’d given that room away, I asked for a late checkout and was offered just 30 minutes. I’d paid for six hours.

The breakfast area was always tidy and well stocked, and Erick would hand out candy to the kids. That made it feel a bit like home. Everyone we met was friendly, including people we just passed in the hall. We had separate reservations for different room types, but Elizabeth and the manager helped us stay in the same room. We really appreciated that. The staff went above and beyond, and we had a wonderful stay. We’ll definitely come back. Thank you all, and happy holidays!

Breakfast was good, and Mr. Eric made it even more fun with his small talk and laughter. We also loved chatting with Ms. Wilma. At check-in, Ms. Lauren was so pleasant and polite, and Mr. Keith, the manager, went above and beyond to fix a problem we had. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our anniversary stay at Homewood Suites. Everyone was friendly and professional, and we can’t wait to come back to Colorado and see you all. Thanks for making our baecation such a joyful one! ❤ McKinley & Patricia McBath

The service was great, and we really liked the breakfast. But the hot tub used to be my favorite thing here, and since they took it out, staying at this hotel just isn’t the same for us. Everything else was wonderful, but we won’t be coming back.
