Holiday Inn Express Waterford

We've stayed here 3-4 times, and each visit has been great. The rooms are comfortable and relaxing, and breakfast has a good selection for everyone.

Hannah at the front desk was such a welcoming, helpful breath of fresh air. She was really sweet with my kids. I'd recommend the place, including to sports teams who want to keep an eye on kids in the pool. There are two windows outside the pool area, and it feels safe and clean.

The breakfast was excellent, the rooms were very clean, and the staff were friendly. For the price, this location was excellent. I'd definitely stay here again.

I stayed here for a month, from April to May, during a tough time, and really appreciated how accommodating everyone was. My room was always clean, and construction on site was clearly posted and never bothered me. Melissa, the manager, was kind and helpful throughout, and the front desk team were welcoming and ready to help whenever I needed anything. The two lovely women working breakfast deserve a special mention, though I can't remember their names. They greeted people with warm smiles and good conversation every morning, and really made my mornings. Thank you all for such a kind stay.
