My company booked the stay, and it turned into the worst hotel experience I’ve had. At check-in, nobody at the desk spoke English. The person there couldn’t understand me and had to find someone who could, but that person had never checked anyone in. I waited half an hour for the actual desk clerk to arrive. Around 8 p.m., a man who said he was the owner came into my room while I was naked and accused me of smoking in the hotel. I don’t smoke. I contacted my company immediately, and they moved me to another hotel right away.

I spent two weeks here and loved the stay. My room was tidy and very clean, and housekeeping checked on me often. The staff were amazing, especially the front desk employee, who was pleasant and a delight to talk with. Breakfast was available every day. I’ll definitely come back.

They treat customers fairly here: the prices are good, they don’t jack them up on weekends, and the place is clean. The staff were helpful too. I’ll stay here again when I’m in the area.

Everyone on staff was very nice to me. The building needs remodeling, but things worked and the water was hot. The neighborhood is the bad side of town, so don’t leave anything in your vehicle. This part of town felt bad, and Walmart even has an armed cop on duty.

The new owners have made a huge improvement. I loved staying here: the staff were nice, check-in was easy and smooth, and the prices were great!
