My son and grandkids had the place all to themselves. It's under new ownership, with large rooms and bunkers fitted with secure wooden rails. The indoor and outdoor waterpark is huge and nice.

We stayed in a jacuzzi suite. The room was nice, though it showed some wear. The staff were super, and breakfast was okay, with a hot buffet.

I loved the room, but I probably won't come back. Pool hours were only Thursday through Sunday, 2-8pm. We were there Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday, checking out Wednesday, with two kids who wanted to swim but couldn't.

The bathroom was in rough shape, with broken tile around the toilet, and the toilet rocked when you sat on it. One room had a dirty-sock, musty, moldy smell; the other smelled like someone had smoked in it. We were so disappointed, especially at more than $120 a night. When we told the front desk, they just said, “We’ll tell housekeeping.”

Our group of 20-30 had a great stay in Lake George. The place was clean and comfortable, and the owners were so kind and welcoming. I’d definitely recommend it.
