Mountain views from a lovely room that could sleep more than ten. The stay included lots of amenities: rock climbing, a pool, basketball courts, the beautiful Waterville recreation gym, and an outdoor playground. You can walk to the hockey rink.

We had a great view of the town square, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. I also liked the little “junk drawers” stocked with things that might come in handy. Great room, great hotel. I’d come back.

I like having a fully equipped kitchen in the room. It gives you the comforts of home while still feeling like a nice hotel. The indoor pool and hot tub are enjoyable whatever the weather, and the new lobby is lovely for catching up with friends or meeting people. The mountain views are beautiful too.

Stephanie, the innkeeper, made us feel at home right from arrival. She was cheerful and so welcoming. Coffee was ready promptly at 7 in the morning, and breakfast was incredible, with homemade waffles and donuts made from scratch, including the icing. The pineapple was the sweetest I’ve ever had, and everything was presented beautifully. The rooms were beautiful, the furniture comfortable, and it was extremely quiet, but Stephanie is the reason I’m writing. I’d give the place more stars if I could.

The room and service were great, and the gentleman on the evening shift was funny and awesome. Everything is close by, which made it a great weekend getaway. You can hear everything when people are outside late at night, though that’s not the staff’s fault. I’d return.
