The RCI listing made it look great, but we never got to check in. You had to be there right at 5 pm, and we got caught in Boston traffic. I can’t believe a huge resort like Waterville Valley doesn’t leave keys with one of the central booking hotels. We ended up staying somewhere else and won’t try again.

I traded into this unit through RCI and was told in a vague email before check-in that my seven-night exchange had become six nights. The timeshare said it needed an extra day for cleaning. No compensation, just my money and points taken, along with the owners’ money, and a day gone. This was the end of September 2020, not March, April, or May. Shame on this timeshare.

There’s a recreation center here, along with a nine-hole golf course, and the condos are nice and spread across three stories.
