The complimentary breakfast in the morning was very nice, and there was a pleasant lobby area just outside our room on the third floor. We started out in a basement room where pets are also allowed, and from that room I might have rated the hotel a 3. We asked to switch and were moved upstairs. I’m not sure why they didn’t offer that room in the first place. The hotel is in a great spot beside the conference center, though some staff were more helpful than others.

It has a lodge feel, with good common spaces and a fantastic breakfast. The rooms were clean, and they put four pillows on the bed. A fridge in the room would have been nice. Great spot for skiing or hiking.

Michelle is a lot of fun at the bar, and the food and service are amazing. We’ve made this our new favorite for weekend steak night, though the burgers are fantastic too. We’ll be back regularly!

The location was within walking distance of everything, but the room felt dated and much of the breakfast was cold. On top of the already high room price, we were charged a ridiculous amount in taxes and fees. They also wouldn’t give us the wedding discount. Next time, I’d pick somewhere else in the area.

We stopped here on the way to Franconia Notch, and it turned out to be such a lovely stay. The scones at breakfast are still on my mind, and the tea selection was exceptional. Our room was nicely decorated, the beds were really comfortable, and the service was wonderful. My partner and I can't wait to come back to this inn.
