The room was a good temperature, so I didn't need the blankets until morning. The bed was comfortable, and the pillows were heavy and a good size, my head sank right into them. The floor felt clean on bare feet, I saw no bugs, the TV worked, and the bedside lights were just right for reading. The bathroom was clean, and the towels smelled clean. The hot shower lasted through a long bath and shower, with good pressure, though the shower head was a bit funky and noisy. The toilet paper was on the wall across from the toilet, a stretch for a shorty like me, so I put the roll on the counter. Parking was easy. I couldn't park right in front of my room, but felt fine leaving the car out of sight. It was noisy after I checked in around 4 p.m., with people talking and walking around and music, and I thought it would be a long night. By 9 p.m. things settled down and the rest of the night was quiet at the hotel. You can hear traffic from the adjacent road, but it was background noise. At check-in the clerk was efficient and at least polite, if not enthusiastic. I'm giving it five stars because it had everything I need in a hotel, and I'll stay here again. The pictures are from after I spent the night. It was clean and in order when I checked in.

When you're in the Watsonville area, this is a good go-to motel. It's close to downtown and shopping, and the rooms are reasonably priced. An upstairs room gives you a view across Watsonville. A great room at a great price can turn an alright stay into a wonderful one. Kevin

The rooms aren't very big, but they're cute and usually quiet. They have king beds, AC, free parking, and a microwave and fridge, and my room is always clean when I arrive. Whenever I'm in town, I come here. Everyone I've met in the office is super friendly and always suggests places to visit.

The weekly rate isn't worth it. Water kept going on and off for three days, and they didn't give us any notice. On our first day, there was an opened beer in the fridge. Housekeeping feels lazy, and the woman at the front desk had a rude attitude. Not a good place to stay.

The front lobby woman was rude as heck and really unprofessional, and she was very sloppy. The guy was rude and unprofessional too. After a horrible experience, I asked for a refund. The cops got involved, and he even yelled at me on the phone and didn't care about what had happened. We called the cops because the front lobby workers weren't doing anything about a man bleeding from his head and yelling for help. It was a very traumatizing experience. There were also a bunch of prostitutes next door making all this ruckus. I couldn't sleep, and after all that we were too scared to walk out to our car at night. On top of everything, it smelled horrible. I don't recommend this place at all. These people are money hungry and don't actually care about their customers. Make them go out of business!
