The stars don't reflect the stay accurately. With how much I travel, I should've known the rate looked too good to be true. The king bed was comfortable, but the rest fell short. The photos of the inside and outside looked newer than the actual place, and my pet-free, smoke-free room smelled like wet dog and cigarettes. I appreciated getting a text right after check-in asking if I needed anything. I replied and sent photos, but got no response, so I had to buy air freshener myself. A sign on the mirror said the room would be cleaned daily and fresh towels and bed linens provided unless the Do Not Disturb sign was on the door. It wasn't, but I came back to an untouched room. At check-in no one mentioned room cleaning or asked if I wanted it. The staff member at the front desk, aside from one woman, was fine. The coffee was great, and I liked the artwork. But the woman was upset while trying to clean spills, and the manager or owner asked her why. She said people kept reaching for things while she cleaned. It made me feel unwelcome. After seeing what was available, coffee was all I wanted. If you're looking for a quiet place for one adult, go to Best Western in Enterprise. Unless you have nowhere else to go or your sister is paying, choose a five-star place and hope you get a three-star stay here. In response to management: You might want customer service training. I've read your replies, and they give explanations instead of apologies or a plan to do better and earn a second chance. The room sign said it would be cleaned as long as Do Not Disturb wasn't up. Housekeeping entering to clean isn't normally an issue at hotels I've stayed in, unless something else was going on, maybe theft. You said staff didn't respond right away, but they didn't respond at all. I've seen reviews beyond mine saying people are held hostage because they can't get a refund if they leave. Sir, I'm contacting Wyndham corporate. Poor leadership trickles down to the staff.

Breakfast had a wide selection and was great for the whole family. Mr. Ryan made check-in easy and got us all settled, and Donna was just as great when we checked out. The whole team was excellent. I'll definitely come back with my family.

The breakfast was great, and the place was clean, quiet, and well located. The rooms are a bit small and could use better seating, but they worked for a quick night on the road. The dog walking area is pretty limited. It works as long as everyone picks up after their dog.

Breakfast was great, and we really appreciated being allowed to grab some before the posted start time. It helped us get moving early for the 14-hour drive to San Antonio on our honeymoon road trip. The staff were friendly and the room was great. The only drawback was construction out front, which wasn't under your control. Thank you!
