Baymont Inn & Suites Waukesha

Parking was ample, and the whole visit was just pleasant. The place felt comfortable, the staff were great, and everything was super clean. One of the best hotels I've seen in a while. Just amazing!

The drywall damage was left alone and just painted over, as though fixing it were unnecessary. Guests deserve to have things like that taken care of for their comfort. Seeing management cut this corner makes me wonder what else they're skimping on at customers' expense.

I was parked by the doors to pick up my son and called to let him know I was there. I watched the person answering the phone look at it and let it ring without picking up. When I went inside and gave my son's name to ask what room he was in, the employee was rude to me. The customer service was very bad, and I don't think I'll ever rent a room there. He seemed to be from another country. If he hates being in the US, or being here, he shouldn't be here.

The pictures show the best room and are very deceiving. The cheap remodel only makes the place look nice at a glance, and it isn't worth it. The front desk manager was rude and guest service was absolutely terrible. I don't recommend it. I'd suggest the Best Western 10 minutes away instead, with its very nice staff and updated room that hasn't just been covered up.
