In one of the hardest times of our lives, the hotel gave us comfort and a sense of connection we’ll never forget. From arrival, the staff knew all our names and treated us with real care. They sat with us at meals, listened to our stories about our grandmother’s beautiful life, and shared the laughter and tears with us. They brought peace to a time full of sadness and uncertainty. The hotel itself is immaculate, beautifully redone, and feels modern, warm, and welcoming. The food was exceptional, and with a full bar and menu, dining felt more like gathering around a family table than eating in a hotel. Booking and extending our stay were both easy, and always handled patiently and thoughtfully. The whole team made a heartbreaking time a little easier. We’re forever grateful. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

I booked the hotel for my nephew’s wedding party and guests for the weekend, and every staff member we met went out of their way to make us comfortable. We were welcomed and treated like personal guests, and it felt like staying at a family member’s home. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. Thank you for such a wonderful weekend!

My family came here while my mother-in-law was in the hospital, and the staff treated us like family. From meeting Michael and TAO when we arrived to sitting at the bar for a drink or a meal made by LAURETTA, we felt cared for. My mother-in-law passed away during the trip, and that day we were met with open arms, hugs, and kind words of condolence. These were some of the kindest people I’ve ever met. Thank you to Michael, TAO, LAURETTA, and the rest of the staff for treating our family with such humility and love. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone looking for somewhere to get away from reality, unwind, and relax like you’re at home.
