There was a gap of about an inch under the door, so we stuffed two towels there, and the curtain wouldn't close all the way, leaving the room visible from outside. People were shouting outside, and we could hear the neighboring room. The toilet leaked every time it was flushed. When we arrived around 9 p.m., the TV didn't work and there was no room phone, so we called the front desk on our cell. The woman said the cable was down and someone had been called, but the TV never came on. We asked for a refund and got sent back and forth between the hotel and the reservation service. We still haven't heard anything, and they won't answer the phone. I have photos, but can't post them. This was the worst stay I've had.

Being right next to Willowbrook Mall was really convenient, and they even held my Amazon packages for me. My son and I felt at home the whole time. Hemell, the manager, was accommodating and gave us a fair rate. Natalie, shiv, and the security staff were friendly too. We didn't use the outdoor pool, though it is there. I'd definitely recommend staying here.

The place didn't seem very well maintained. I found an unused hypodermic needle in the closet, and the coffee maker had been left with coffee packs in its water well, which took some effort to clean before I could use it. My travel companion's room was dirtier and its a/c didn't work, so he wouldn't stay a second night. In my room, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom clean. The hairdryer was broken, but the desk staff quickly brought a replacement. I can't recommend this motel in good faith.

The photos make this place look nothing like what we found. There were water stains everywhere, plus bugs and cockroaches. Our first room was filthy, with dirt on the floor, hair in the sink, and dirt and stains on the bed. We switched rooms twice, and the third was still dirty, though it had fewer bed stains. The front desk said, “this one should be pretty good”. We tried to move to another hotel but couldn't cancel and get our money back. Pay extra and stay somewhere else.

I had a much easier time at the nearby Ramada By Wyndham Fairfield NJ, where the staff listened, understood what was going on, and found me a room right away with several options. At this hotel, the front desk “M” was unfriendly and unhelpful, and hung up when I called about my booking. If you're reserving online through the hotel site or a travel service, I'd spend my money somewhere with staff who take your concerns seriously and save myself the hassle.
