I stayed for three weeks while working in town, and the staff greeted me warmly every time I came back, especially each morning at breakfast. The breakfast was always plentiful and warm, and the room service staff did an excellent job. My room was left clean and bright on service days. The only thing that bothered me was the large couch in the lobby. It was stained and could use a good shampoo. Apart from that, the service was really great.

We found the location super convenient for our trip. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the free breakfast was delicious. We also had a great time at the pool and hot tub with our kids and grandkids. We didn’t bring our dogs, but it was nice seeing other dogs there. We’ll DEFINITELY stay again!

There are lots of tasty breakfast choices, and the beds are very comfortable. The rooms are spotlessly clean, too. The Richland Washington staff are amazing and welcome you like family. There’s a pool, hot tub, and small gym, all in a setting that feels welcoming and safe.

I’ve been here for two weeks, and every staff member has been kind and helpful. Big thanks to Amber from sales, she’s awesome. The ladies who helped with breakfast made sure it was warm and that we had everything we needed. As a diamond member who travels a lot, I can tell management makes sure people are treated properly. Thank you all, I’ll see you soon!

The room was really nice and very clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. There’s a great location with lots of amenities nearby. My only issue was how clearly I could hear people talking in the hall. Anyone walking to their room and chatting sounded as if they were right inside mine. Aside from that, the stay was very comfortable.
