Roaches, dirt, and cigarette burns on the sheets. This place is a complete dump, so don’t trust the photos online. I confronted the desk girl about the disgusting, inhumane conditions, but she was useless. I called Hotels.com to report it, and they said they’d contact the hotel. When I told her Hotels.com was trying to reach them about a refund, she said she couldn’t talk and they’d have to call tomorrow. Not one apology, just a shrug before she walked away.

We left after 15 minutes and went to the Hilton. The floors were dirty, the sheets stained, and there was hair on them and all over the shower walls. We killed two roaches within the first five minutes. Absolutely filthy.

The Wayne Inn is Sambucha-Approved. It isn’t quite as seedy as its reputation suggests: it’s within walking distance of several convenience stores and restaurants, has most of the basic amenities you’d expect from a place to stay, and meets a basic standard of cleanliness.

The room itself wasn’t what I expected, so it’s worth doing your homework when choosing a hotel. I’m not going to bash the establishment, though. The front desk staff were helpful and willing to assist me.

Found a small insect crawling from the bed to the headboard and got out of there as fast as I could. The place creeped me out, and I’d never recommend it or go back. I told the guy at the front desk, and he started offering a discount for when I returned. I said, “Bruh, I will NEVER return,” and left. Even with renovations, like a tin of paint, it smelled like a dump. Not my cup of tea for a quick-use motel.
