Roaches were crawling everywhere, and I was so disgusted I couldn't sleep at all. We got in really late and only needed a place for a few hours, so I didn't ask for a refund. If I could give zero stars, I would.

A few critters were crawling over everything, and the room and building had gotten run down since my family last stayed there. They booked it based on that earlier experience, but weren't happy with the condition this time. Our room was on the second floor, so carrying luggage up the stairs was a bit of a struggle. Cleanliness in general could have been better. The front desk and housekeeping staff were very polite.

The room was clean and cool, and the amenities were good. Breakfast was included too. But the privacy lock was broken, and the door looked like someone had forced it open: the jamb was splintered and the locking mechanism was damaged. That left me uneasy.

The room rate was reasonable, and you get what you pay for, but the furniture was worn and dated compared with the online pictures. The hallway floor was filthy, like it hadn't been vacuumed in weeks. The chair in our room was too dirty and dusty to use. The blankets and bedspreads had lint and dust throughout, and the tub still had hair and soap scum. The walls were rough too.
