The shared sitting area is comfortable, with coffee, tea, snacks, and a spot to refill water bottles. The Victorian decor is really well done. There’s no TV, which felt refreshing, though it’s good to know in advance. We streamed on our phones for late night entertainment. The manager was very informative over email and text, and check-in and departure were contactless. It was so quiet we thought we had the place to ourselves, but when we left there were 4 other cats in the parking lot. The air conditioning was loud, but it worked, and we needed it on a day over 90 degrees. Right across the street is a great ice cream and sandwich place, definitely a must do in Weaverville. We also hiked and spent time by the river in Douglas City.

Right in downtown Weaverville, so we could walk everywhere from the hotel. Staying there felt like stepping back to 1861, when it was built, but everything was fresh, very clean, and welcoming. There were lots of thoughtful amenities too. I highly recommend it.

We appreciated how well you took care of us. The Weaverville Hotel was clean, comfortable, and cozy, and the location worked perfectly for our backpack trip. We liked having a quiet breakfast in the parlor. Thank you so much.

Check-in was easy, and the room was well appointed. There’s a great pizza place and yummy coffee right across the street, too. A wonderful hotel in a charming town. I’d stay again!

Loved the old leather books lining a wall, the beautiful art, and the adorable fireplace with adjustable temperature. Going straight to the room without a front desk check-in was nice, too. It does feel historic, and as a 6' man, I found a few things too short. With my feet on the footboard, my head just barely didn't touch the headboard, and I had to crouch quite a bit in the small shower. There was a wand that could be positioned higher, but its settings were only pressure washer and dribble, so I chose to crouch.
