Best Western Webster Hotel, Nasa

The location worked for a cruise the next day, but I wish we'd avoided this place. My pregnant wife woke up with bites all over her forehead and body, and it was the worst hotel experience I've had. We went through four rooms. The first wasn't ready, and the second had at least four bed bugs that we found within minutes. We gathered them in a bag and brought it to the front desk lady. Since it was 00:30, we stayed long enough to try another room, but that one wasn't ready either and had used razors scattered around the sink. We ended up sleeping in the fourth room. I've never written a bad hotel review before, but this place was filthy.

I was in town for an emergency and chose this hotel because it was close to the hospital I needed to visit. The staff welcomed me and worked with my last-minute reservation. Breakfast was ready each morning and tasted good, and the laundry room was okay. I slept comfortably, with a good bed and pillows. The bathroom was small and had nowhere to hang a towel. Since I'm disabled and had my dog with me, getting to my room was difficult. It was in the farthest building from the elevator, with a very long walk. The carpet looked dated and the trolleys were hard to steer. Still, it was quiet and felt safe while I was away from home, and I appreciated that.

The building could use some attention, with old paint and loose screws on the floor around the pool. But the staff were so good that they more than made up for it. Melissa especially was warm and welcoming. For a budget hotel, it was great value and better than I expected, especially since it had been a long time since I'd stayed in one.

April and the staff were helpful, and the property was quiet, clean, and had no people hanging around at night. The remodeling looks nice, and the location was handy for the places I needed to visit. Parking was plentiful, our cars were fine, and the TV and AC both worked. The towels were thick and clean. The room felt cramped for me and my sister, even with just two beds, and the bathroom was especially tight. There was nowhere to hang towels, and it could use USB cords. The place has been updated with nice colors and was very clean.
