No clean towels, and they won’t give you toilet paper when you run out. They refuse to clean the room even if you stay for days, weeks, or a month, and won’t give you supplies to clean it yourself, not even a broom. A guest couldn’t stop by for 20 minutes on her way through town. Very unprofessional.

The man at the desk quoted me $77 a night, even though the internet showed $53, so I left without staying. I can’t say whether there’s a $100 deposit. Good luck.

I showed up for a reservation and had to wake the guy up. He said he had two rooms, but was speaking to me through a crack in the chained door. I went back to get my phone so I could show him my reservation, and then he said he wasn’t going to rent me a room. He was rude and disrespectful. Never again.

The owners and staff are great. I asked for towels and they brought them right over. Superb service.

After burying our father in Nebraska, I was traveling with my brother, who is a veteran with PTSD, his wife, and their newborn. I’d booked for two people, and they refused to give us a room because there were three of us. I explained what was going on, but they showed no sympathy and said it was irresponsible of me to travel with them. They told me to look for another room in Oklahoma and refused to refund me, saying it was “not their problem.” Extremely disappointing, awful customer service.
