We had an easy check-in and checkout, and the room was clean and simple to get to. It's right by the beach, about 20 steps away. From the high-top table, the ocean view was great, and with the windows partly open we could enjoy the breeze and the sound of the water. No balcony, but that was fine for our one-night stay. The small fridge and Keurig were just right, and having one full bed plus a twin was a bonus. The bathroom was small, but the water was hot and had good pressure. Parking was close by on site, though tight with a large vehicle. I'd stay again.

It was such a treat to have a balcony facing the ocean and stairs straight down to the beach. The room wasn't fancy, but it was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and service was friendly. Wells beach is beautiful, and the location was handy for other places we wanted to visit. Parking might get tight during peak summer, but it was fine for us in mid-September. I'd definitely stay again.

I liked the no-contact housekeeping setup. You can ask for supplies in the aqua tub outside your door without having the room cleaned, which is smart. Our room was clean and updated, right on the beach, and the housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful. Guests can use the pool in season. It's also a great base for seeing the beaches, Boston, Nubble, and more.

The balcony looked out over the ocean, and we could walk straight from the hotel onto the beach. Our room was very good. Staff gave us helpful local information and restaurant suggestions, and every place they recommended was great and reasonably priced. Parking is on site and works for vehicles up to mid-size. We'll book here again on our next Maine vacation.

We keep coming back for our annual Maine vacations. The rooms are consistently clean and comfortable, and the staff are professional, friendly, and accommodating. Watching the spectacular sunrise over the ocean from the balcony is breathtaking. They've made steady upgrades each year, and every visit has been a great experience.
