We love having more privacy here than in a standard hotel room. The rooms come in different sizes, from one floor to some that are three floors, depending on how much space your family needs. Ours had a full kitchen and living room, as well as a full bathroom with a jacuzzi. We've stayed at the nautical mile in wells quite a few times over the last year, and the outdoor setup is lovely: hot tub, pool, grills, and courts for entertainment. Most rooms have a nice ocean view, with sunsets and sunrises. Next door there are food trucks and a donut shop, plus weekly summer car shows. If you're visiting wells or nearby towns, we think it's a great fit for all kinds of needs.

From my own experience, the staff delivered the excellent service they take pride in providing. Their hospitality and professionalism made the service fantastic, and I'd happily recommend The Nautical Mile to anyone planning a vacation near Wells, ME. It's a five-star resort and a great destination for travelers, well deserving of five gold stars.

The staff at the hotel were attentive and very friendly. This is a cozy little spot south of Portland, and the main attractions around this part of Maine are not far away, maybe about 30 minutes to each major one.

We had a minor issue with our key card, and the staff were very helpful. Check-in and checkout were easy, and both the rooms and facilities were clean and well cared for. A nice little resort.

Our one-bedroom unit was clean and modern, and the front desk staff were pleasant. Great spot, with food trucks for dinner and a donut shop right next door.
