We were there during a youth hockey event and the hotel was packed with young players, but we didn't notice any of it once we were in our room. The staff handled things so well that even the staffing shortages weren't apparent to us. They also left a kind note and welcome basket for Valentine’s Day and my birthday, which was thoughtful. The suites were spacious and very clean, and the check-in staff were polite and considerate. This place stands out among hotels for families and business travelers staying longer. I'd recommend it if you're passing through eastern Washington or spending an extended time visiting Leavenworth.

Brittany and Theresa really made our stay special. They welcomed us warmly, were professional and attentive, and went out of their way to make us feel at home. The hotel itself was clean, the rooms had plenty of space, and the details made them comfortable. The location felt safe and relaxing, a good fit for a getaway. We stayed 3 nights and 4 days and had a wonderful time. I'd gladly come back and recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and great service.

The pillows were all flat, which was the one downside. Everything else was great: the rooms were good, and they had snacks and drinks most evenings. We were there over Thanksgiving weekend when the place seemed full, but every employee I dealt with was friendly and helpful. We'll definitely stay again.

Pooh had quite a job during his stay, helping wash towels and even vacuuming the floor. We have photos to prove it! We accidentally left our daughter's stuffed toy in the room when we checked out after a lovely New Year holiday. Thanks to the housekeeping team for keeping it safe and kindly sending it back. We really appreciate the help and the happy memories.

It's a basic, casual hotel right on the main road, with free parking and a hot breakfast, though there's no restaurant. The rooms felt a little pricey for what you get. To me, it has Hilton hotel attitude with Best Western accommodations.
