We felt safe and would stay here again. The room was nice, and so was the bed and everything else in it. My husband and I had wanted a Wendover hotel for a little gambling, but we'd forgotten it was Valentines and all the casino hotels were full. We took a chance on this Best Western, which isn't far from the action, and were pleasantly surprised. Our room was on the main floor near the lobby.

The rooms were clean, and they had a hot tub and an espresso machine, which was cool. Breakfast was pretty low effort compared with other Best Westerns I've stayed at. Not bad!

I was exhausted in the middle of moving from Seattle to St. Louis and stopped in this little town before a long stretch. I'd been having a hard time finding somewhere comfortable, so I'm grateful to Eric at the front desk for helping with everything, from the rewards program to getting coins for the wash. It feels safe here, and I can rest. 🙏

We've found this Best Western clean and convenient for road trips. We're not really casino hotel people, and the breakfast choices are very good. In the morning, though, I asked the woman at the desk for deodorant and shaving cream after running out. She checked and said they had none. That surprised me, since the room has one of those 'forgot anything?' things near the bathroom sink.

The rooms were decent, but I don't trust this place or the people at the desk. Before we arrived, my wife called about the dog fees and was told it would be 30 total. When we checked out, they tried to charge us another 90 in fees. I had to go back in and explain we wouldn't pay that, since we'd been quoted 30 on the phone. If we'd known, I could've gone to Quality Inn and had the dogs stay free. The front desk staff seem incompetent, and they'll lie to you and add charges.
