The staff were extremely nice, and the room was very clean. It had a microwave, and a fridge was available if needed. Breakfast was decent and free. The price was fair, and I thought the room was better than the casinos'. I'd stay again.

I left early and found another hotel. The man at the front desk was rude and condescending, and couldn't look up a reservation using its number. Once I got to the room, none of the lights worked. The bathroom was filthy, with what looked like several previous guests' pubic hairs in the shower. Although I'd booked a non-smoking room, it smelled of cigarettes, and the smoke detector had been deliberately covered in plastic by management or a previous guest. There was no hot water, and in winter the heater couldn't warm the room. Avoid this spot.

It's near the casinos, in a convenient spot, and the price felt very reasonable. Staff were super friendly and the rooms were clean, though the bathroom was a bit dated and I didn't mind that. Breakfast had a specialty coffee maker for drinks like lattes and hot chocolate, which I really liked. I had a five star experience, even if I wouldn't call it a luxury five star hotel. I'd definitely stay again.

The room was clean, the TV had streaming options, the bed was comfortable, and the bathtub was large. I couldn't find a stopper, so I asked at the desk. He gave me a little plastic cup thing that worked, though he seemed annoyed I asked. The bigger issue showed up when we filled the tub: the water was brown, with sediment at the bottom. I put a magnet in it and it was clearly free iron. Flushing it several times didn't help, and it came from the hot water line. There are major corrosion problems in the hot water system. For Wendover prices, this place could be great if they fixed the water.
