The stay went smoothly and the room was comfortable. I liked having hot water, though the shower control was so touchy that it jumped from cold to hot quickly and took some fiddling to get right. Starting weekend breakfast at 6am, as they do on weekdays, would help people who need to leave before 7.

Really clean and comfortable. Breakfast had plenty to choose from: eggs, cheese, mini chorizo and egg tacos one day, potatoes, granola, oatmeal packets, boiled eggs, yogurt, muffins, bagels, peanut butter, apples, bananas, oranges, and waffles. There were apple, orange, and cranberry juices plus filtered water. Coffee, tea bags, and hot water were available all day and night, with mini half-and-half or pump creamers, though the coffee was just okay. They also kept an iced fruity drink out.

Nicholas was an incredible concierge. I had a wonderful night here and would recommend it to anyone looking for a restful stay.

Everyone on staff was supportive, and I really liked the breakfast. The room was very clean and comfortable too.

The AC in our room wasn't cooling when we arrived today, so they moved us upstairs. The receptionist was very nice and helpful. We'll get a discount next time.
