The resort still looks tired and needs more work to refresh its facilities, but my room was much cleaner and nicer than on my last visit in 2023. The front desk team was excellent. Nyaira and Samantha were terrific, friendly, and quick and professional in resolving an issue. The woman who helped with check-in and checkout was also welcoming and helpful several times, though I’m sorry I can’t remember her name. I had great interactions with staff across the resort, including valet, bell staff, and the pool bar.

I was nervous about booking here, since I usually stay at the Ritz and Wesley Chapel reviews weren’t encouraging. I was in town to pick up my son from sleepaway camp, and this seemed the best option. The service ended up impressing me more than I expected. I somehow left my Louis Vuitton briefcase in the car loading area. It had my laptop, work phone, gift cards, cash, and Remarkable tablet. I didn’t notice it was gone until I got home, nearly five hours away, and assumed I’d lost it. I called around 6 p.m. Sunday, and they immediately assured me it was safe. The next day, Eddie from the security team contacted me, took my information, and personally sent it by FedEx. It arrived overnight with everything still inside. I’m very grateful for their honesty, professionalism, and quick response. The service was better than I’ve had at many five-star resorts. I highly recommend this hotel and will stay again when I’m in the area.

Doug and his team made us feel very welcome during our one-night stay for a charity golf outing. The food was great, and the golf course was in excellent shape. The pool area looked like a lot of fun too. I wish I’d brought my bathing suit.

I booked rooms for my mother and my doula without realizing this was a full resort. The property was beautiful, and they enjoyed the scenery and amenities. They also liked that it was still on a main road. The rooms were spacious, though getting to them was a bit of a journey, and pets aren’t allowed. I’d like to come back and visit for myself.
