The staff were wonderful and went above and beyond. My car battery died during our stay, and one of them got his own jumper cables from his car to help me start mine. It's one of the cleanest hotels I've stayed in, with a spacious room that had every amenity we needed. The lobby has lots of seating, and the pool was great. I can't say enough good things about it.

There's plenty of free parking behind and beside the hotel, though the location is just okay. West Allis looked kind of sketchy overall, but this hotel is next to a fancy wedding venue, in a nicer area. A strip mall with lots of stores is right nearby, including a Mexican restaurant and a Pizza Hut about a one-minute walk away. It's a clean, new hotel with nice staff. Odd detail, the tap water tastes really good, about like Brita water. I expected it to taste gross, so I think they may have an extra filter system.

The accessible shower has at least five grab bars, but the floor is like an ice rink. The hotel itself is comfortable, the gym is great, and breakfast has a decent range of typical hotel foods.

Breakfast had a make-your-own waffle station, eggs, sausage, breads, yogurt and sweets, and the coffee was excellent. Staff kept the food area spotless despite some parents' goofy kids making a mess. The gym had some great machines, too. I'd come back, though the parking lot is shared with the mall behind the hotel and spaces could be hard to find. None of the rooms has a view. The suite was very comfortable and had a full-size fridge, plus plenty of cups, plates and glasses for a family. The main bed was comfy, and the blanket was nice, though the pillow looked worn once I removed the cover. The sofa bed was stiff, and I wouldn't recommend it for a senior citizen. The bathroom was clean, but the shower pressure was low. The sliding washroom door had a strange gap you could see through. The room rugs felt rough, like they were meant to withstand dog poop. It's dog friendly, but a lot of dog owners seem to think people want a dog beside them at breakfast. The heater didn't seem to warm the room properly. Management kept saying they were understaffed but never offered a discount.
