The staff made things easy for my family, even bringing extra blankets for our baby when we booked two rooms. Breakfast had plenty to choose from, including eggs, sausage, toast, muffins, cereal, and juice. Our room was nice and the bed was decent for a hotel. Everyone was welcoming, and it seems they’ve addressed complaints from earlier reviews. I’d happily recommend staying here.

We won’t be coming back. Neither TV worked, and there’s no elevator, so getting luggage up two flights was a hassle. The bathroom in our oddly arranged room was tiny, with the toilet almost against the shower. The bed felt like sleeping on a box spring, and the breakfast was awful: stale food and hardly any choices, without even eggs or cereal. Fox News was blaring in the breakfast area, too. When we raised problems, staff were rude and seemed more interested in sending us to another hotel than fixing anything.

I’m connected with Saving Our Sons and Saving Our Daughters in Milwaukee, and I’ve encountered many kinds of places. AmericInn by Wyndham West Bend stood out as calm, clean, and beautiful, a place where travelers can rest and feel refreshed. The warmth was clear from the minute I arrived. Staff were kind, down-to-earth, and seemed to care about the people they help. It felt like more than just a place to sleep, with comfort and dignity throughout. I’m giving it five stars and highly recommend it. May this place keep prospering. May each guest find peace, renewal, and favor here, and may the people who serve them be blessed. May hospitality, joy, and divine increase always fill this establishment.
